my friend told me that rinsing hydrogen peroxide with baking soda and brushing my teeth would help whiten them, so i tried it. but right when i started, it caused extreme pain on my gums and foamed white. when i tried rinsing it all out, it left my mouth in pain and my gums have continued to hurt for 3 days now. it even hurts to chew food! when i brush my teeth parts of my gums start to bleed. please help me!!
