Does teeth whitening Toothpaste really work?

I think it is. Is it good for the teeth? I use the toothpaste with baking soda and peroxicide.

I bought whitening strips, and the directions say they don’t whiten caps (capped teeth), yet someone I know said they have a cap and it worked on theirs just fine. Should I go ahead and use them anyway?More importantly, if it doesn’t work on the capped tooth, what are ways I could manually whiten that specific capped tooth, to try to match it’s tone with the teeth that did get whitened by the strips?
If so, how long will it take? I’m leaving on a business trip in a month and I’d like to whiten my teeth up a little to look more professional.
What is the best product out there, that is over the counter. I do not want to go to a dentist and get a proffessional whitening. Thanks for your help?DONT TELL PEOPLE TO USE BLEACH, IT CAN HURT YOU!!
Will people with personal experience, dentists, specialists, or other smart people please tell me their opinions on teeth whitening strips and other whitening methods? My teeth are for some reason yellower than I would like :/

All of my teeth are a lot duller than I would like them but one of my front teeth is noticeably more yellow than the rest because the nerve is dead (know this from a dental x-ray years ago). I was thinking I would like to get them all whitened (bleached), but would this work on the dead one? If not, would it be better to get the veneer after I get the rest whitened?
Hello I dont have insurance and I need some dental work as well as vision. Any advise on a good dental benefit plan (not insurance) the discounted cards? I need some gum work, whitening, maybe pull one, and fixing a chip (front tooth). Thanks for all answers
I’m thinking about purchasing one and I’ve only seen good reviews about it online, so far! Has anyone used it before? Alot of websites claim you can acheive the ONE HOUR whitening, normally available at the dentists office, with this pen. Here’s a website I saw that on. . . .
http://www. just4teeth. com/Liquid-Smile-Professional-Whitening-Pen
It says: “For Immediate Results with your liquid smile. Perform your own professional one hour whitening Repeat steps 1-6 (above) every 10 minutes for one hour. ”
So just curious to know your opinion! It’s much cheaper than in office whitening and seems to be much more effective and efficient than the trays so it makes me really curious as to why its inexpensive compared to the other procedures. . .
Thanks in advance! =)

Just curious, i play sports and its a just in case question.
