Over the last few days; i have been using a Dr Georges dental whitening system. I chose to use this product as it received many very favorable reviews, which i found whilst browsing the web. I have already noticed a difference, however it has made my gums sore, and i now have some white spots on them. Is this serious? And what should i do?

Does brushing your teeth after using teeth whitening strips ruin what the strips did?After i use my strips it leaves this thick gummy material left from the gel on the strip. I brush my teeth after just to get it off but i was wondering if that just totally ruins what the strips did. And if it does, how can i get the gel off my teeth without reversing or ruining what the strips did?

I use baking soda right after brushing about 2-4 time a week. Will my teeth whiten slowly?Should I use the baking soda more often without brushing my teeth?How does baking soda take off stains anyway, the abbrasiveness?

Does the tanning bed UV ray mimic a visit with the dentist??? Need to get my teeth white within a month!
