The last potential issue is staying away from staining items for the fourteen days this will re-stain the teeth as the teeth are more porous during this time. Avoiding things like tea, coffee, cola, soya sauce, beetroot to name just a few. With laser whitening the treatment takes just one hour and requires just one session and the light increases the speed of the peroxide gel whitening the teeth. Also for 48 hours after the laser method you need to be careful about what you are coming in to contact with but for 48 hours people can normally sacrifice a cup of coffee or tea and stick to drinking water or milk. Lastly the teeth can get sensitive with the laser but not as bad as the trays as the treatment program time is considerably less time.
