I prefer to do a dentist, but I am open to doing something at home. I am 40 years old. . Non-smokers. . . Normal teeth just a bit ‘yellow. Just do not have time to do extensive research on this! Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!

theres this kid at school that i liked for a while. when i still liked him i stared. & a little while hed stare alot even when im not looking & id get curious,like on time on a fire drill i was talking to my teach & he was staring at me & he didnt care to stop ether because he was still staering even when i cout him & my dumb self has a someting annoying meaning when i blush i smile so when hed talk to me i turn brite red & giggle like theres no tomarrow & hi laughs with me & of cose i am secrtly very shy so its not like im ganna tell him so of corse im staying quiet know laater in the year he real seat is across from me side ways in front of the class & he choose to sit next to me i dont mind bcuz my crush died down so i can talk to him and have a nice talk even thou he dosnt know alot of engish or speek loud engouh to hear. . . any waysd me & him are friends & he trust me to tell some of his problems &abuot realtion ship. i have to finish ona different part cuz i runing out of space

I know the expense difference, at my dentist only $100 difference. I want to know if one is more beneficial than the other. Is it worth the extra $100 for the light? My dentist said I would have instant results with the light vs a few days for the trays at 1 hour a day. Kinda leaning towards the Zoom light.
