This is Part 1 of (3) three videos giving you a more detailed look at the use a take home dental bleach system. My original video from three years ago is still a good short version that you can use for review. These updated videos give you a little more information about the tray material and application of the bleach. My intention was to do all of this in one video, but YouTube only allows 100 MBs per session, so I had to divide the video into three parts. I hope this helps those of you who are might be bit confused about the procedure when you leave the dental office, or just want to review the procedure to ensure you are doing it correctly. Many dental offices promote different bleach, trays, and instructions so I tried to generalize to make it easy to understand for everyone. I know the concentration of bleacj or-whatever is very low in teeth-whitening toothpaste, but how long will it take for results, approxiametley?

I don’t have dental insurance to go to the dentists office, but would really love whiter teeth. I heard brushing with baking soda and peroxide really works, but does it do harm to teeth with cavities, or take the enamel off?
