I have recently found that i cannot use the normal mouthwash and the type that says whitening anywhere on it because an ingredient in it causes my throat to swell. So i was wondering if there are any teeth whitening remedies that i can use or homemade mouthwash seeing as i cant use the storebrands. Please no rude comments, and yes i do brush my teeth 3 times a day 5 min each.

I’d really like to whiten my teeth, but I have braces. What are some of the best ways to accomplish this? Oh, and school begins on Tuesday, so if you know multiple methods, can you list them from shortest to longest? I mean the amount of time it takes. hahahahaha. Thank you!

My smile is by no means yellow, but I just like to have really white teeth.
So what are some (good for your teeth too) ways to whiten them other than the two methods above?
I already use whitening tooth paste, but that really doesn’t seem to do much.

My teeth are slightly yellow, which i read is healthy but people tell me i put the sun out of business, yellow teeth, or gritsy teeth. Please Help!
