I know that Baking soda is safe to put on my teeth but is Hydrogen Peroxide safe? I heard it`s an easy way to whiten my teeth when I mix it together and brush it on. Will I get any infections or burns on the sides of my cheeks? Or am I supposed to brush the solution on the front part of my teeth. Help me please.

I don’t have dental insurance to go to the dentists office, but would really love whiter teeth. I heard brushing with baking soda and peroxide really works, but does it do harm to teeth with cavities, or take the enamel off?

i’ve been told that baking soda can help whiten teeth. but how do i go about that? do i just put toothpaste on my toothbrush and then sprinkle baking soda on it? or do i put water in a cup and add baking soda to it, then dip my toothbrush in and brush? i have no idea how to do it! also, i want white teeth before school starts (which is in two weeks, and i’m going into ninth grade by the way). so here are my questions about it:
-how do i go about it?
-how often do i have to do it?
-how long will it take for me to see results? (how many times until i see results?)
