I had my 1 front tooth (number internally bleached today and I was told before I left that I could eat anything I wanted immediately but not to smoke cigarettes for 8 hours, now what I really want to know is if I have to wait 8 hours to also smoke marijuana?

I have been dipping for a few months now. I chew and smoke but not very much. My teeth are starting to turn a yellow color and people are noticing. Is there anything you can do to whiten your teeth but still dip snuff? I think I heard of a toothpaste that is for smokers but can’t think of the name.

I’m paying $500 for Zoom whitener for my teeth. They aren’t THAT yellow and dingy…but I am getting embarrassed. I’ve smoked almost 10 years! I’ve cut down a lot and have an appointment for Monday to get them Zoomed. I am hoping it stops my smoking but if it doesn’t, will something happen? Like my teeth will turn black or something?
