I am having a hard time finding a endodontist that will do internal bleaching on a tooth I had a root canal on because it was so long ago. I also have a permanent retainer on my front four teeth, the root canal is on the end of the reainter (tooth next to a front). I use to use crest night effects and those worked suprisingly pretty good. But they have been discontinued. I bought a brightsmile gel pen and have been using it but its not much luck. I also have taken white strips and cut them just to cover that one tooth and still nada. Any ideas would be very helpful.

its not bad enough to really notice it. I notice it mostly. . Id say its about 2 maybe 3 shades darker then the others.

I had a root canal when I was 12 years old after a car accident and I am now 24 years old. The tooth the root canal was preformed on is still in place but I notice slight discoloring towards the top. Is a crown the only option for the discoloring, since it is under the tooth and not a matter of whitening products/procedures? I have nice/strong teeth and I dont really want a crown but I am not sure what are my options.
