I want PERMANENT white teeth. Will my teeth stay white if I keep up with them normally, or do the white strips leave some kind of white layer that washes off after a while?? and what’s better than Crest White Strips and is the same price and easily attainable. (Wal-Mart, Target, etc. . . )

i just got my braces off and i want to whiten my teeth, but the ortohdontist put a permanent retainer behind my bottom 6 front teeth. will the chemicals in the whitener loosen the glue and cause my retainer to fall out?

I have just begun whitening my teeth using Crest Whitestrips. I also have a permanent retainer afixed to my lower teeth that has been there for nearly three years. Since beginning the treatment three days ago, the surface of the glue seems to be a little rougher. I was just wondering if I’m imagining this or if the ingredients in the strips are eating away the glue as well as the stains.
