My grandmother showed me this procedure 20 years ago. After mixing the paste im very careful and only spread on my teeth. I let stand for about 5 minutes then rinse mouth out several times. Like i said! im very careful! U can burn your gums if not careful. anyway, is this something i should stop doing? My teeth are very white and gums seem ok to. Been doing this about every 6 months for last 20 years.

Ok, so I was looking for some teeth whiting stuff on the internet, and it turns out Hydrogen Peroxide is the best bet. I already have some, and I was wondering if I could put a little in my toothpaste instead of rinsing with it. Thanks

okay, so we were looking at wal*mart, and wanted a nice tasting whitening paste or gel. it can’t be the most expensive, but we are willing to pay up to 5. 00 for the smallest tube.
Also, we are wondering about arm & hammers clear whiting gel. does it work? thanks so much!
