just wondering if thats a good idea and it might help whiten my teeth and make them stronger, or is leaving pure toothpaste on your teeth for along time bad and overpowering?

I’ve been using it religiously for 4 nights now and I don’t see any difference in my teeth. The only difference I notice is occasional minor sensitivity on my front bottom teeth.

I didn’t have stained teeth anyway so I would understand there would be no difference there (I never drink tea, coffee or smoke etc).

However, I did hope that my teeth would be whiter and now I’m worried this isn’t going to happen. Perhaps these kits are only for removing stains (which I don’t have) and not for whitening pearly yellow teeth (which I do have).
