Question by xscarredapplex: Would putting Arm & Hammer Advanced White toothpaste on my teeth over night whiten them?
I wear plastic retainers, so they completely go around my teeth. Would it be ok to put a little bit of toothpaste in them to whiten my teeth? I would be using Arm & Hammer Advanced White Baking Soda & Peroxide toothpaste.

no wouldnt be too good because leaving that specific toothpaste on too long may cause your teeth to have surges of pain and totally numb your teeth and it will fall off

hey im going to meet my gf’s family. i brush my teeth 2 times a day. and have been since i was a young kid. my teeth are still not pure white. is there a bleach or home remedy i can use to get them SUPER WHITE! like glowing white? please help. i need to do this by sunday.

I am having a hard time finding a endodontist that will do internal bleaching on a tooth I had a root canal on because it was so long ago. I also have a permanent retainer on my front four teeth, the root canal is on the end of the reainter (tooth next to a front). I use to use crest night effects and those worked suprisingly pretty good. But they have been discontinued. I bought a brightsmile gel pen and have been using it but its not much luck. I also have taken white strips and cut them just to cover that one tooth and still nada. Any ideas would be very helpful.

its not bad enough to really notice it. I notice it mostly. . Id say its about 2 maybe 3 shades darker then the others.
