just wondering if thats a good idea and it might help whiten my teeth and make them stronger, or is leaving pure toothpaste on your teeth for along time bad and overpowering?

my tongue is extremely sensitive to listerine whitening mouthwash (it leaves the tip numb and it gets sores) and my teeth hurt really bad down to the root with crest white strips.

are there any other options?

They should stop it for a few days. . and then start again. . or what? are those that are worn for 30 minutes, twice a day.

I have bought 22% Carbamide Peroxide Gel tubes and I was wondering, how long are you suppoposed to leave the trays on for that kind of concentration? I had Zoom down a while back, but I see that my teeth are starting to fade to yellow again (thanks to all the staining food that I couldn’t keep off of) so I bought this stuff to try to revitalize it.

Oh I found the instructions. It said to put on for 5 minutes. . . . was that a typo? It is 22% CP since that’s what I ordered, and it says it on the syringe also. . . . hmmm

People say that you should just brush with it, but uf you want fast results how do you go about making your teeth whiter?
