I use a Colgate 360 toothbrush and Crest Extra Whitening (w/ baking soda) toothpaste. I also use Listerine Artic Mint. Maybe my brushing schedule should help you answer (make fun of me all you want, dental care is important; it affects your heart):1) Brush teeth 3 minutes2) Pour listerine into disposable cup, brush teeth with that 30 sec. 3) Listerine (regularly) for 30 sec. 4) Rinse with water (30 sec)5) Floss6) Check to see if there is any plague; if so, brush w/ toothpaste in particular area until gone, rinse with waterI still have issues getting the plague off of my canine tooth after that, and I know it’s not a stain b/c I’ve gotten it off before (Idk how, it was a miracle). I’ve also tried alt ernating Colgate Advanced Clean with the usual, Crest Extra Whitening. Nothing! Any tips? Or am I using the wrong toothbrush? Toothpaste? And there are dentists who get on Y!A360 is a regular toothbrush that has a rough gel suface on the back of the brush-head that is designed for getting plague of of your cheeks and your tongue.
