I’ve had little jelletin things made for my teeth to whiten them at night that I put jell into and that worked enough but I want them whiter! I’ve tried the baking soda thing but it didn’t work?
I brush my teeth every morning and night and usually in the after noon also but no matter what tooth paste I use it doens’t seem to help for whiteness! URGH so what have you personally used that works well for whitening teeth. Whether it being home made solutions or a whitening strip what works best>?
Also I have well water and I live in FL so it’s not that great of water. There is a bunch of iron in it and it has turned my hair darker over the years so could this be a problem?
Also I would try and get city water except It’s not even on my street so it would be VERY expensive to get city water –

I just bought a box of Listerene White strips that dissolve. You’re supposed to use them twice a day and in two weeks will see full results. I was wondering if I could speed the process up by wearing them more than twice a day. Has anyone tried this before and seen results?

Which toothbpaste brand works the best for:

-whitening teeth
-preventing cavities & gingevitis
-strengthing enamel
-stops bad breath!!
