im not getting my braces off until im 14 (im 13 now) since ive only had my braces since november but i just wanna know anyway. heres some information that might help: my health insurance or whatever covers all of my health and dental services so i get all dental work (including my braces) for free so i dont wanna know about how much this stuff will cost. also ALL of my incisors are very uneven and bumpy at the ends because its a family trait that doesnt go away until our mid-twenties. i heard they can shave your teeth to shape them. do they do this at the orthodontist after they take your braces off? does it hurt?also my teeth used to be pearly white naturally before braces. now they arent so white anymore because i find it difficult to clean my teeth as well as i could before i had braces. i also found out from some of my friends who had braces that sometimes your teeth will become more colored but the area under where the brackets off are much whiter when you take off the braces. my mom said she’s gonna take me for teeth whitening when my orthodontics procedure is over. do they do this at the orthodonist also? how long does it take and will i get this done before or after i get my teeth shaved?

Hey, I just got my braces off, and I got this whitening stuff in a tube that I am supposed to put in a tube. I know how much to put in, but she also said not to brush before I wear it, but can I drink like, Grape Juice before? Like, two hours before?
