That can help against this unbearable pain?

I’ve used white strips before but they’re really gross and getting my teeth bleached is way too expensive.

—ABOUT my dog. . . LIBBY!
I know she is a mixed breed but I am having the hardest time figuring out what she has in her. She is just over a year old. Her name is Libby and she is the SWEETEST dog I’ve ever seen, a super-duper affectionate dog. Even though she is between 55 and 60 pounds, she loves to be a lap dog. It’s quite ridiculous but hard to resist. She is very friendly and not shy at all. Also, she is extremely loyal. She’s at my heels 24/7. She will sacrifice the most comfortable spots to lay on the hardwood floor of the kitchen while I cook. She is very patient and tolerant (you can pick her up and lug her around like a teddy bear). My 3 year old nephew once konked her on the head with a small metal bar and she only looked at me as if asking if that was okay. The only time she has ever shown aggression has been with one of my other dogs. This is a rare occurrence, though. She targets my greyhound (who is 6 years her senior) every once in a while when I give them raw hides as treats. It’s unbelievably frightening when Libby shows aggression. It happens in a flash. One second it’s cute Libby-dog innocently waiting to steal my greyhounds raw hide, the next second, a little growl from the greyhound and BOOM! Libby is in full terror mode. It never lasts, thankfully, because the grey just gives it up (she is very timid). Now, on to her physical traits. She isn’t very tall. It’s deceiving because she is quite heavy. She is extremely sturdy with some muscle mass. She has a wide chest, becoming very streamline. She is extremely fast, though she can’t compete with my greyhound, of course. She has wide jaws that are very powerful, accommodating some impressive chompers. Her teeth all interlock. She likes to hold on to her tug-toy and not let go while I lift her off the ground, spinning in circles. Her playtime is infinite. I have to stop her from running and fetching in fear that she will collapse (SUPER ENERGY!!) She is all white except for her ears which are spotted light brown. Under her thick white coat near her rear, you can see brown speckling. It’s very faint. Her belly is pink with lots of black spots. Her tail has longer hair that hangs down like a hand-broom almost. Also, her leg bones are very thick. I’m sure she still has some filling in to do.
With all that said, some of my guesses as far as parent breeds go include: Brittany Spaniel, Lab, Golden retriever, American Pit Bull Terrier, Dalmation. . . annnnnd I’m stumped. Please, offer your suggestions! I have included an album link so you can see her. I would greatly appreciate it. I am almost tempted to buy one of those swab-tests but honestly, I am not sure I want to know exactly. I just want an idea. And besides, those tests are a bit pricey. Thanks for your time.
P. S. she loves water, snow, and harassing cattle.

How can I keep my teeth whiter with at home items?
Uncategorized
I used to use Crest Whitening Strips and they worked great, but now I got a sharp pain in my game that’s unbearable when I use them. So now I’m afraid to use them.
Are there any ways to whiten your teeth without using these strips?
If so- On one of my front teeth, it’s half fake because I broke it when I was a child. Would it whiten this?
Thank in advance!!
(Oh- I don’t want to pay a bunch of money to go and get my teeth whitened either).
